Anywho - I am a Registered Nurse, Teacher, Gardener, Artist, Knitter, Baker, Chef, Home Owner, and Dog Mommy.
And I'm hoping someone wants to read about my life adventures. I say adventures because I'm am always trying to learn and do something new. For example on a whim, I decided to learn to make mozzarella cheese. I like to understand the world around me and I appreciate knowing how things are made. I think the best thing about this new digital world is that we can learn how to do almost anything online!
I joke that one day when economy has fallen and the world is in shambles I will still have pizza while others are eating canned food or have turned into canibals. I think it is sad that people have no idea where their food comes from and how to make things for themselves. It might be easier to buy a scarf every year at Walmart, but it will mean much more when you knit it yourself.
My husband watches me in amusement. He has no hand in my learning to knit, make bread, or grow my own food. That is all me, but he does enjoy it.
So here goes, I will blog about my recent marriage, baking, gardening, dog parenting, losing weight, and more. I suspect it will be mostly my friends who browse this blog.
